Process feature

After the workpieces are fully dipped in the coating liquid in the basket, the forward and reverse centrifugal rotation can be realized through the rotation of the centrifugal disk. The basket can be flexibly set the rotation Angle during the centrifugal process. Make sure the excess coating liquid on the surface of the workpiece and the liquid in blind hole is removed so that the coating liquid can form a uniform coating layer on the surface of the workpiece.
